Mutton Briyani Thalappakattu Style is a famous style of Biryani down south. Making this at home is very easy and tastes good than Restaurants. The output will be very delicious and mouth watering.

Instructions
To Grind
- For Fresh Briyani Masala add in Bay Leaves , Cloves , Cinnamon Stick , Star Anise, Kalpasi, Green Cardamom, Coriander Seeds, Mace.
- Then add in Chilly Powder , Salt and Grind it to a Smooth Powder.
- Then add in Small Onions, Ginger, Garlic , Green Chillies.
- Add in some Mint Leaves and Grind it to a Smooth Paste.
To Make Briyani
- Soak the Rice for half an hour or Soak it when starting to make briyani.
- In a Cooker add Mutton, Freshly Grinded Briyani Masala , Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and Some Mint Leaves and Pressure Cook for 2 Whistles.
- Heat oil in a Cooker add Fennel Seeds and Onion and Saute till it becomes brown in colour. Then add in the grinded Ginger-Garlic-Onion paste and Saute till raw smell goes off. Then add in some Mint Leaves and coriander Leaves and saute well.
- Then add in the grinded Briyani Masala and Saute well till the raw Smell goes off. Then add in cooked Mutton and Mix well.
- Add tomato and saute well. Then add in the Coriander and mint Leaves and Saute.
- Then add in Curd , Ghee and Mix well.
- Add in Lemon Juice and let it Start Boiling.
- After when it starts Boiling add the Soaked Rice and Some Mint Leaves and Close the Lid.
- Keep on Medium Flame for 40 Minutes.
- Briyani is Ready to be Served.
