Arisi Payasam | Rice Kheer is a traditional sweet made during weddings and also prepared when we invite guests to our home. Arisi Payasam is a classical dish which is made with few ingredients. But to that when we add Koya and Condensed Milk it enhances the taste and Makes it Very special.

- 1 Cup Seeraga Samba Rice
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 100 gm Koya, Sugarless
- 100 gm Condensed Milk
- 5 Tbsp Ghee
- 6 Nos Badam ,Grated
- 6 Nos Pistachios ,Grated
- 6 Nos Cashew Nuts ,Chopped
- 8 Nos Raisins

Instructions
- Heat Milk in a Pan and when it starts boiling add the soaked Jeeraga Samba rice and cook the rice well in milk.
- After when the rice gets cooked well add sugar and mix well. Then add in the sugarless Koya and Mix well till it gets dissolved well.
- Then add in the condensed Milk and mix well.
- Finally add in cardamom powder and mix well. Take another pan and add in Ghee.
- And when it gets heated add in Badam , Pista, Cashew Nuts and Raisins and garnish it in the payasam.
- Tasty Rice Kheer is Ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
- Before adding the soaked rice into milk crush the rice with fingers to be cooked soon.
- Do not add sugar until the rice is cooked fully, otherwise the sugar will not let the rice to be cooked.
