  1. Heat Milk in a Pan and when it starts boiling add the soaked Jeeraga Samba rice and cook the rice well in milk.
  2. After when the rice gets cooked well add sugar and mix well. Then add in the sugarless Koya and Mix well till it gets dissolved well.
  3. Then add in the condensed Milk and mix well.
  4. Finally add in cardamom powder and mix well. Take another pan and add in Ghee.
  5. And when it gets heated add in Badam , Pista, Cashew Nuts and Raisins and garnish it in the payasam.
  6. Tasty Rice Kheer is Ready to be served.
Recipe Notes


  • Before adding the soaked rice into milk crush the rice with fingers to be cooked soon.
  • Do not add sugar until the rice is cooked fully, otherwise the sugar will not let the rice to be cooked.
