Instructions
  1. In a Mixer take Shallots, Garlic , Ginger , Chilly Powder , Turmeric Power , Pepper Powder , Garam Masala and salt and Grind it to a Smooth paste.
  2. Add to Nethili Fish and marinate for about 30 Minutes to 1 Hour.
  3. After marinating add Maida and corn flour and rest again for 10 Minutes.
  4. Heat oil required for frying and fry them in batches. Also add curry leaves for extra flavour while frying.
  5. Tasty Fish fry is Ready to be Served.
Recipe Notes


  • After adding maida dont rest for long time as it will take out crispiness.
  • Marinating with masala paste can also be overnight for best results.
