Take a cooking pot, add oil and heat it. Then Add the cinnamon stick and Cloves And Fennel seeds into it.After it splutters Add the sliced onions into it and cook till they are soft and slight golden color.Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
Add little Coriander Leaves and saute it. Then add in tomatoes and saute that till it turns mushy. Then Add salt to it.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder,Pepper Powder and garam masala into it, mix well and cook for a minute on medium flame.
Then Add the chicken pieces into it and roast them until the color of chicken changes.
Add in salt and pour enough water. Cover and cook it for 30 mins till the chicken is cooked.
Finally Garnish with lots of Coriander Leaves.

Don’t add too much of water for gravy it will spoil the taste of the recipe.
