Instructions
To Grind
  1. Add Oil to a Pan and Saute Cardamom , Cinnamon Stick and Cloves. Add in chopped Big Onions.
  2. Add in Red Chillies , Tomatoes , Chilly Powder and Saute Well. Then add in Cashewnuts and Saute for 5 Minutes.
  3. Transfer to a Grinding Jar and Grind to a Smooth Paste.
To Make Gravy
  1. Add 1 Tspn of Butter and Saute Capsicum and Cubed Paneer for 5 Minutes. Take Aside in a plate.
  2. To tat same Pan add in Bay Leaves , Green Chillies and Curry Leaves and Saute for a Minute. Then add in Ginger Garlic paste and Saute well.
  3. Add in the Grinded Paste , Salt and Crushed Kasthri Methi.
  4. Then add in Garam Masala , Chilly Powder and Saute well.
  5. Then add in Fresh Cream ans Saute for a Minute. Then add in Sauted Capsicum and Panner and cook for 5 Minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander Leaves.
  7. Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be Served with Chapathi , Naan or Dosa.
