- 1 Cup capsicum 1No
- 1 Cup Chopped Paneer
- 3 tspn Butter
- 2 tspn Sesame Oil
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 3 nos Cloves
- 3 nos Green Cardamom
- 4 nos Kashmiri Chili
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1 Cup Big Onion 2 Nos
- 15 Nos Cashew Nuts
- 2 Nos Bay Leaves
- 5 Nos Green Chilies
- 1/2 tspn Kasuri Methi
- 1 tspn Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Fresh Cream
- Salt to taste & Coriander Leaves

Instructions
To Grind
- Add Oil to a Pan and Saute Cardamom , Cinnamon Stick and Cloves. Add in chopped Big Onions.
- Add in Red Chillies , Tomatoes , Chilly Powder and Saute Well. Then add in Cashewnuts and Saute for 5 Minutes.
- Transfer to a Grinding Jar and Grind to a Smooth Paste.
To Make Gravy
- Add 1 Tspn of Butter and Saute Capsicum and Cubed Paneer for 5 Minutes. Take Aside in a plate.
- To tat same Pan add in Bay Leaves , Green Chillies and Curry Leaves and Saute for a Minute. Then add in Ginger Garlic paste and Saute well.
- Add in the Grinded Paste , Salt and Crushed Kasthri Methi.
- Then add in Garam Masala , Chilly Powder and Saute well.
- Then add in Fresh Cream ans Saute for a Minute. Then add in Sauted Capsicum and Panner and cook for 5 Minutes.
- Garnish with coriander Leaves.
- Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be Served with Chapathi , Naan or Dosa.
