Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add Mustard Seeds,Jeera Seeds,Urad dal and chana dal. After when it splutters add crushed Garlic and curry leaves. Saute till garlic turns brown.
  2. Add onion and saute till translucent and add in tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft.
  3. Add salt ,chilly powder,turmeric powder,sambar powder and saute till raw smell goes off.
  4. Add in vegetables like carrot,Capsicum,Bottle guard and Ladies finger and cover and cook for 10 Minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.Healthy Paleo dinner recipe is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes

You can add vegetables as per your wish but do not add Beans & all kind of potatoes

If you have constipation problem take this recipe as dinner and you will surely find the difference.

If you start to follow paleo diet avoid rice,chapathi and bread.
