Instructions
  1. Wash the liver pieces well in water and set aside. Place a curry pan on medium flame and pour oil in the pan. Once oil is hot add curry leaves, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Green Chilies, saute it for 10 seconds.Add the mutton liver and add turmeric powder and salt. Let it cook for 5 Minutes.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook till slight brown in color.Then add Cumin powder, chili powder, coriander powder and Ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.Let it cook for 10 minutes.Finally add Garam masala powder and saute it.
  3. Finally add Garam masala powder and saute it. Then add water and cook again with a cup of water untill the water gets absorbed. Garnish with coriander Leaves.Tasty Mutton liver fry is ready!!!
Recipe Notes

All the water should be absorbed and only the liver should be left in the pan.

Adding water is optional,if liver is cooked thoroughly this step can be elliminated.
