Instructions
  1. Heat oil in kadai ,add shallots and curry leaves. Saute till translucent.Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
  2. Add the cleaned mushrooms and saute for 5 Minutes.
  3. Add salt,Turmeric powder,Chilli powder and saute well. Finally add garam masla and switch off the flame.
  4. Finally Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or puloa.
Recipe Notes

You can also add mustard while seasoning.
