- 4 Nos Egg
- 1 No Onion ,Chopped
- 1 Cup Green Peas ,Soaked and Boiled
- 6 Nos Green Chilies
- 2 Cloves garlic ,Crushed
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Urad Dal
- 1 Tbsp Bengal Gram
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Few Curry & Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Mustard Seeds, cumin seeds,Urad Dhal and chana dal to the oil and saute till dal colour changes.
- Add in the crushed Garlic and saute well.
- Add in the finely chopped onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
- Add in the chopped Green chillies and saute well.
- Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add the cooked Green peas to the pan and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and saute well.
- Break 4 eggs and add to it. Once when the egg start to set mix it with the spatula.
- Tasty Green Peas Egg fry is ready.
Recipe Notes
You can also add smashed Green peas which gives better taste than the whole one.
Also you can also use this mixture for samosa stuffing which tastes heavenly.
After adding eggs do not stir immediately, Wait till it sets to the pan like omelet and then start stirring.
