Fish Fry is the very tastiest side dish that nothing can ever beat. It goes very well with Dal, Rasam and Sambar. This is a easy fry recipe with less oil and less ingredients. It needs only 4 ingredients but it tastes very well. It can be made in a less time when we are out of time.

Instructions
  1. Take Chilly Powder , Turmeric Powder , Pepper Powder and Salt in a bowl and make a smooth Paste with water. Coat all the fishes with the paste.
  2. Marinate For 30 Minutes and put oil on a Dosa tawa and heat it.
  3. Cook one side on a low flame for 10 Minutes and flip over and cook another side and cook again for 10 Minutes on low flame.
  4. Tasty Fish Fry is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
  • Adjust Chilly powder according to your spicyness.
  • Low flame makes the fish to be cooked on all sides.
  • You can use any fish you like for frying.
