Instructions
  1. Add oil,Urad Dal,Chana Dal, Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds, Let it splutter
  2. Add Green Chillies,Curry Leaves,Corainder Leaves
  3. Add Chopped Onion,Capsicum, Carrot,Let it Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add Lemon Juice, Turmeric Powder,Salt to taste
  5. Add Flattened Rice (Poha)
  6. Add fried Peanuts
