I know most of us dont have time for cooking so we can prepare very quick and easy way ,all bachelors can cook easily,and here is mine which I learnt from my mother. I wanted to have it in my site for future reference so thought to share it here. I like this curry anytime, its quick and tasty with rice,it is perfect for a lazy day to make as it can be done in a jiffy, yet delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Curd
- 5 Nos Green/Dry chillies
- 6 Nos Shallots (Small Onion)
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Urad dal/Ulutham Paruppu
- 1 Tbsp Bengal Gram/Chana Dal
- 1 Tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Clove garlic ,Smashed
- Few Curry & Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take 1 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup water in a vessel, add needed salt ,mix well and keep aside.
- Heat a tsp of seasame oil, add mustard seeds and when it splutters add cumin seeds, urad dal and chana dal.
- Add in crushed garlic and dry red chilles.
- Add Shallots, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves and saute well for 5 Minutes.
- Add in Turmeric Powder and saute well.
- Now Switch off the heat and add in the Butter Milk.
- Tasty More Kulambu is Ready.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
Recipe Notes
Add Asfoetida with turmeric powder for extra flavour.
