Butter Milk (More Kulambu) Curry

I know most of us dont have time for cooking so we can prepare very quick and easy way ,all bachelors can cook easily,and here is mine which I learnt from my mother. I wanted to have it in my site for future reference so thought to share it here. I like this curry anytime, its quick and tasty with rice,it is perfect for a lazy day to make as it can be done in a jiffy, yet delicious!

Instructions
  1. Take 1 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup water in a vessel, add needed salt ,mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat a tsp of seasame oil, add mustard seeds and when it splutters add cumin seeds, urad dal and chana dal.
  3. Add in crushed garlic and dry red chilles.
  4. Add Shallots, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves and saute well for 5 Minutes.
  5. Add in Turmeric Powder and saute well.
  6. Now Switch off the heat and add in the Butter Milk.
  7. Tasty More Kulambu is Ready.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
Recipe Notes

Add Asfoetida with turmeric powder for extra flavour.
