  1. Boil 1 glass of milk in a vessel.
  2. Transfer Milk to a glass,Add 1 tbsp Butter.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp of organic brown sugar or Vellam.Mix everthing well.
  4. Drink along with 1 cup of walnuts or 1 cup of soaked Badam.
Recipe Notes

Take this as breakfast to reduce weight during diet.

Do not take rice during this diet.

Add only organic butter and organic milk.
