Instructions
  1. Heat oil in Kadai, add Mustard seeds and when it splutters add cumin seeds,Chana dal and urad dal and let it turn slightly brown.
  2. Add onions and fry till translucent.
  3. Add curry leaves and green chillies and saute for 1 Minute.
  4. Add finely chopped asparagus and saute for 3 minutes.
  5. After when it gets cooked make some space in center and add egg.Mix with spatula after when it sets.
  6. Now mix everything with spatula. Now tasty asparagus egg fry is ready.Serve hot with rice.
Recipe Notes

Do not mix egg immediately.After when it gets set mix with spatula.

You can also add red chillies if you dont have green chillies.
